This year has brought many personal challenges with the loss of family members; however, we have been able as a company to offer the very best traffic management for our customers, both old and new.

I am so proud to have been able to welcome many new operatives throughout the year, and with their tenacity, focus and hard work there is no doubt that J & G Traffic will continue to grow and offer more opportunities and services.

When I started J & G Traffic in 2009 it really was a case of one man and his traffic light! However, the business has gone from strength to strength and now has the full complement of family members involved. Many of our clients will know that my daughter Josephine joined my wife Helen in the office, and not only does she work full time for the company, but she is also studying for her PHD, how she fits everything in is beyond me! Although I am told that it is amazing what you can do with computers these days!

Looking back on 2024 and the milestones we have achieved such as expanding our work force or just simply being there when we are needed, every step was made possible because of the continuous encouragement and commitment shown by all of the staff, they really have made me proud so I must extend my heartfelt thanks to them all. I am also incredibly grateful to our clients who we have had the pleasure to work with as they make the business a success. Thanks to their unwavering trust we get to carry on working in the industry that we are most passionate about.

Stepping into 2025, we are filled with excitement and anticipation for what lies ahead, as it already has the promise to be our most successful year to date, with a busy diary already. But, as I have always said, no matter how busy we get as a company we will never turn down a job and will always work to provide our clients with even more innovative solutions, maintaining the quality expected, and enhancing the experience with us.

As well as the clients, I want to extend my gratitude to the councils and boroughs that we worked with, and although there has been a fair share of difficulties to overcome with some of the bigger schemes, I cannot thank them enough for their continued support so that projects can move ahead as planned without delay.

As Mother Teresa once said, "I can do things you cannot, you can do things I cannot; together we can do great things." J & G Traffic is honoured to be a part of your journey and looks forward to another fantastic year.
