This year has been challenging for everyone, but through everything we have persevered as a company to offer the very best traffic management for our customers.

No matter the task, I am proud to say that myself and my operatives have risen to the challenge. It goes without saying, many of you know my son, George, who has been taking on more responsibilities this year and as both his boss and his father, I am immensely proud of the way he has stepped up to cover my role in the company during some very difficult months. Having gained his supervisor qualification, this year he has shown his promise to follow in my footsteps one day.

All my operatives have made me incredibly proud of this company, a small business I started thirteen years ago with just myself and my wife, Helen. Many of you know Helen, the Head of all things administrative. She is the rock that helps keep us running, directing operatives in what jobs they are working on each week and completing every permit, application and license that comes through our office. Without her, no work would go ahead.

I have taken time to reflect on the past year and I would like to extend my thanks to every single client I have had the pleasure of working with. While the work can be stressful, I am beyond happy with how the year has panned out. With new customers opting to choose us for their traffic management and old friends coming back, we have had one of our most successful years to date and this success is down to the people who trust us to complete their works.

Looking forward to the new year, 2023 already has promise to be an incredible year. January and February are booking up and we envisage a busy Spring too. Regardless of how busy we get; I continue with my promise to never turn down a job and am looking to hire new operatives to bring on with this increase in business.

I understand how difficult this year has been for everyone, and I would like to extend my thanks to the councils and boroughs who we have worked with. While there have been tense moments trying to organize tough jobs, myself and Helen cannot thank you enough for working with us to make sure that works can go ahead as planned with little delay.
